Hotel Policy
TARIFF:
Your Room Tariff is confirmed to you by the reception personnel during your registration at the reception counter during the time of check-in. The Tariff is in the room only and is exclusive of any Government taxes which may vary and applicable from time to time.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT POLICY:
Our standard Check in time is 12:00 hrs and check out time is 11:00 hrs, however early check in and late checkout is subject to room availability. In case of early morning check in between 07:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs, 50% of the room tariff will be applicable and before 07:00hrs, room needs to be booked from the previous day in order to confirm the room booking. Please do inform the Reception in case of amendment of your stay or if you want to extend your time of checkout for room availability, beyond checkout time you will be charged full day room tariff.
PHOTOGRAPHIC ID PROOF:
For security reasons, Guests checking into the Hotel are required to present an original valid photo with address proof identification (Govt. approved) at the Reception Desk (Aadhar card/ Voter card/ Driving license/ Passport ) . A photocopy of which is required to be kept in the records. “PAN CARD” WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A PHOTOGRAPHIC ID PROOF. “The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a ‘couple’ if suitable proof of identification (A VALID MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE OR PROOF) is not presented at check-in”. Foreign nationals must submit a copy of their Passport, Visa and travel documents on arrival. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission without such identity. Your co-operation is appreciated in the interest of security concern.
RESERVATION POLICY:

Reservation will be confirmed only after receiving mail from the competent authority designated by the company. Payment is accepted in Cash/ Card/ UPI and Bill to Company (where the company has a corporate credit tie up with the hotel).
DEPOSIT POLICY:
An advance amount to be deposited to confirm the booking, the advance amount is Non- Refundable or Non- adjustable. May please be noted that extended stay and last minute rates require a Non- refundable deposit at the time of booking. Any cancellation on these rates or rates requiring such pre-payment guarantee will attract a full stay cancellation charges.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE:
Any cancellation should be intimated by the concern person/ booker through email in prior notice 72 hours from the date of guest arrival, or else 01 night retention charges will be levied as cancellation charge or a NO SHOW. The Hotel may choose to release Non-guaranteed reservations prior to the date of arrival.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA PERSON POLICY:
A Child under the age of 5 years stays free of charge using existing bed. Child above 5 years or an adult will be charged Rs. 1000/- plus applicable GST per person per night with an extra mattress (EXTRA MATRESS WILL BE PLACED ON THE FLOOR). The maximum number of extra bed in a room is one and subject to availability. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
GUEST BELONGINGS:
For the convenience of the guests an in-room safe locker is placed in the Guest room to ensure the safety of any valuables. Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms while going out or going to bed. Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. The Hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves. The management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for the loss of Guest goods or any other property not interested to the Management or for damage or whether due to neglect of our Hotel employees or agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
RIGHT TO INSPECT:
The Hotel security personnel reserve the Right to inspect any container, briefcase, luggage or package etc. brought into or taken out of the Hotel premises.
PARKING:
The Hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area. The hotel is obliged to clearly express in the parking area that the area is not supervised and the hotel is not responsible for the property kept in there. Parking is always at the Guest’s risk and advice from the Security Team needs to be strictly adhered with by the Guest at the time of checking in. Hotel will not be accountable for loss of any valuables from such parked vehicles.
HAZARDOUS GOODS:
Bringing into and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films or any other articles of combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/ or goods of objection able nature, is prohibited. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the Management, its other guests, invitees, visitors, agents and servants for all loss, financial or other, and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guest’s own negligence and non-observance of any or all instructions.
LUGGAGE STORAGE:
Luggage may be stored in the Left Luggage Storage facility at Guest’s sole risk as to loss /damage for a period not exceeding 3 days; however duration of luggage storing totally depends on the management.
SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS:
The Hotel may request an imprint of your credit card upon check-in, or may request a deposit. Please settle your bills at the Front Desk when checking-out; provided, however, that the Hotel reserves the right to request payment during your stay. In the event that your account is not settled upon the Hotel’s request, you and your guests may be asked to vacate the rooms. The Hotel does not accept any checks or notes for payment of accounts. When it is agreed that payment may be made by someone other than the actual guest, and when payment has not been duly received from such person by the designated date, the Hotel may bill the guest directly. All Bills must be settled on presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted.
SINGLE LADY:
NO visitors are allowed in any Single Lady room.
OUTSIDE FOOD:
Outside Food and / or pungent food – are all strictly prohibited in the hotel premises and the Management will not be responsible for the consequences arising thereof.
SMOKING RULES:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Hotel premises.
PET POLICY:
Pets are not allowed within the Hotel premises.
Force Majeure:
The term ‘force majeure’ will be understood as follows: staff illness, war, threat of war, civil unrest, labor strikes or sit-ins, water damage, acts of war, fire, flood, acts undertaken by the government or general outages of gas, electricity, water or internet. ▪ In the case of force majeure, we are entitled to either suspend performance of the Hotel Agreement or cancel the Hotel Agreement. In that case, we cannot be held liable to pay for any harm or loss incurred as a result. ▪. We shall not be required to prove the effect of the foregoing on our business operations.
ARBITRATION:
In the event of any dispute or differences arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including the interpretation of the terms and conditions of this contract, the same shall be referred to arbitration as per the provision of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of such arbitration shall be Durgapur.
MANAGEMENT RIGHTS:
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her. Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD, OR ALTER OR AMENDS ANY OF THE ABOVE policy, TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES at any point of time without prior notice
